ABA Squad is hiring two full-time BCBAs to join our growing St. Louis clinical team.
Founded and led by behavior analysts, ABA Squad understands the realities of supervising RBTs, supporting families, completing clinical documentation, and maintaining high-quality services. We provide administrative and clinical support; BCBAs focus on their clients and grow professionally.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Earn between $85,000 – $100,000, based on your experience.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and make data-based clinical decisions
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure ethical, clinically sound, and high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current Missouri behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, skill-acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills
